Delivery

Everything Trove sells is a digital download. Nothing is posted, and there is no delivery charge.

What you receive

Each resource is a PDF. A pack gives you the pack as a single PDF, a zip of every sheet, and each sheet on its own, so you can print the whole set or just the page you need.

How it reaches you

Once your payment is confirmed, we email a receipt with your download links to the address you gave at checkout. This usually arrives within a few minutes. If you are signed in, everything you have bought is also listed under My resources in your account, ready to download again whenever you need it.

Free resources

Free resources are sent to the email address you give us, and are saved to your account if you have one.

If something does not arrive

Check your spam or junk folder first, since school email filters can be strict. If the receipt still has not arrived, or a file will not download or open, email hello@trove.education with the address you used and we will sort it out.

Your right to cancel

Because files are delivered straight away, the 14-day right to cancel ends for each resource at the moment you download it. The refunds and cancellation page explains this in full.
